蓝猪耳的显微鉴定

目的对蓝猪耳的显微特征进行研究。方法采用石蜡切片、粉末制片对蓝猪耳的茎、叶横切面组织显微结构及粉末特征进行研究。结果茎横切面四方形,四棱处向外凸起呈三角形,皮层内侧为一层扁平排列紧密的细胞,韧皮部较窄,外侧有纤维散在,断续排列成行,木质部于四角处较发达,导管多径向排列,髓部宽广;叶上下表皮细胞垂周壁弯曲,气孔不等式,栅栏组织1列,主脉维管束外韧形,半月形。结论上述特征可作为蓝猪耳显微鉴定的依据。     

104Cd核子顺排特征的微观研究

应用微观相互作用玻色子-费米子模型的形式体系, 构造出唯象核芯 两准粒子模型的一个微观实现,微观sdIBM-2 2q.p方案. 基于唯象模型和实现方案, 导出原子核的一个d玻色子从退耦、拆散、占据闯入轨道,直到参加顺排所需的最小能量值;据此讨论了核高自旋态的微观结构及其拆对顺排次序.对104Cd核的计算结果显示微观方案较满意地描述了该核的低自旋态和部分高自旋态;核的一个d玻色子的突然拆对不会引起前后状态的显著改变. 最后,本方案指认:这些高自旋态是构建于ν(h11/2)2和π(g9/2)2上的顺排态;而实验上观测到的81 、82 和83 态则很可能分别属于两准质子顺排态、两准中质子顺排态和基态.     

A new species of the pseudoscorpion genus Megachernes (Pseudoscorpiones: Chernetidae) associated with a threatened Sri Lankan rainforest rodent,with a review of host associations of Megachernes

Most species of the Old World pseudoscorpion genus Megachernes are associated with mammals, either within their nests or in their pelage, whereas others are found in cave systems, usually in bat guano. The first Sri Lankan species of the genus, Megachernes kanneliyensis, is described from the fur of an endemic, threatened Sri Lankan mouse, Mus mayori pococki from the Kanneliya rainforest. The species is compared with other species of the genus. Host associations of all named and several unnamed species of Megachernes are reviewed, with two main habitat types, those found in mammal nests and in their pelage, and those found in bat guano. Based on similarities with Megachernes, Chiridiochernes is transferred to Lamprochernetinae as the spermathecae are T-shaped, the sole diagnostic feature of the subfamily.     

铜合金三酸抛光微观效果研究

通过扫描电子显微镜微观观察的方法对三酸化学抛光液中各组分对铜合金表面抛光效果的影响进行了研究.结果表明,采用微观观察法能够更直观有效地研究各组分对铜合金表面抛光效果的影响,在此基础上,获得铜合金表面最佳抛光液:磷酸200~300ml/L、硫酸200~400ml/L(磷酸+硫酸500~600ml/L)、硝酸200~250ml/L(紫铜)、40~150ml/L(黄铜)、盐酸5~15ml/L.经处理的铜合金表面不仅外观光亮、微观平整,而且铜合金表面制备的转化膜中性盐雾测试时间更长、防腐性能更好.根据扫描电子显微镜观察铜合金微观形貌获得最佳抛光液组成的方法,简单方便、准确有效     

Effect of Si on austenite stabilization,martensite morphology,and magnetic properties in Fe-26%Ni-x%Si alloys

The effect of Si on the austenite stabilization, martensite morphology, and magnetic properties in Fe-26%Ni-x%Si (x=3.5, 5, and 6) alloys have been studied by means of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and M?ssbauer spectroscopy techniques. TEM observations reveal that the martensite morphology is closely dependent on the Si content. The volume fraction changes of martensite and austenite phases, the hyperfine magnetic field, and isomer shift values have been determined by Mssbauer spectroscopy. The M?ssbauer study reveals that the hyperfine magnetic field, the isomer shift values and the volume fraction of martensite decrease with increasing Si content.     

Phylogenetic relationships among genera in the Calanidae (Crustacea: Copepoda) based on morphology

Cladistic analysis of Calanidae recovered two major clades: a tropical epipelagic clade composed of species without ontogenetic vertical migration (Canthocalanus + Cosmocalanus + Nannocalanus + Undinula); and a clade of ontogenetically migrating genera (Neocalanus + Calanoides + Calanus + Mesocalanus). The latter clade is least well supported although its Calanoides and Neocalanus lineages are well supported. Morphology-based topologies are largely congruent with published molecular trees, differing chiefly in the positions of Mesocalanus and Calanus. Independent homoplasious trends in character states in the male leg 5 include: reduction in segmentation and number of setae, increasing asymmetry as well as the probable retention of larval characteristics. The monophyly of Calanoides, Neocalanus and Calanus is well supported. It is postulated that Calanidae radiated during the mid to late Triassic from a bathypelagic megacalanid which was adapted to low oxygen conditions. High latitude locations may have been the first epipelagic environments to be recolonized.     

A new feather mite genus of the family Psoroptoididae (Acari: Analgoidea) from cassowaries

A new feather mite genus Hexacaudalges gen. n. (Psoroptoididae: Psoroptoidinae) is established based on the type species Megninia casuaricola Proctor, 2001 Proctor, H. C. 2001. Megninia casuaricola sp. n. (Acari: Analgidae), the first feather mite from a cassowary (Aves: Struthioniformes: Casuariidae).. Australian Journal of Entomology, 40: 335–341. [Crossref], [Web of Science ®] , [Google Scholar], which was originally described from the southern cassowary Casuarius casuarius (Struthioniformes: Casuariidae). Morphological peculiarities of this genus, its taxonomic position within the family Psoroptoididae and possible origin are discussed. We also present a clarification of setal nomenclature for this family of mites.
